About IP Softly
IP Softly Limited is building a new generation of software tools for intellectual property practice. Founded by patent attorneys who were frustrated with legacy IPMS systems, we set out to build something better.
Our mission is simple: reduce administrative overhead and let IP professionals focus on what actually matters — protecting innovation and serving clients.
We're a UK-registered company (No. 16188855) based in Windsor, Berkshire, serving patent attorneys, law firms, and IP departments worldwide.

When will ip.os be available?
We're targeting Q2 2026 for general availability. Beta access is rolling out to waitlist members starting April 2026.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You own your data. Export anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). No lock-in, ever.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and never train AI models on your data. We're preparing for ISO 27001 certification.
Do you integrate with other systems?
We offer API access and webhooks. Native integrations with USPTO Patent Center, EPO, and major DMS systems are on the roadmap.
Can I switch from my current IPMS?
Yes. We offer migration assistance and bulk import tools for most major systems including Equinox, Anaqua, and custom databases.
